Missed a live class? No problem! With a treasure trove of over 300 recorded practices, you can catch up on your own schedule. From sunrise salutations to serene evening flows, there's something for every mood and moment.

Need a virtual shoulder to lean on? As your yoga guide and cheerleader, I'm here to support you every step of the way. Do you have questions, feedback, or requests or just want to share your yoga wins? I'm here for you! You don't get that with a YouTube video.

In-person Class Registrations - the fine print

  • pre-registration is required, payment confirms registration - payment please by etransfer to TraceyDrakeYoga@gmail.com, cash or cheque.
  • you may join anytime, the cost will be pro-rated
  • registration cannot be shared or transferred
  • student rate less 10%
  • payment options are available on request.
  • minimum numbers are needed to hold classes

Class Descriptions


Chair/Gentle Yoga

In this class, Tracey prioritizes the well-being of all participants by incorporating gentle and accessible yoga poses, either while seated or with the support of a chair. Tracey will guide you through movements that promote strength and mobility and encourage mindfulness and relaxation. Each practice is thoughtfully crafted to cater to various levels, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. We will have fun! In addition, the Chair Yoga series aims to provide you with short and easy-to-follow home practices, empowering you to continue your wellness journey in the comfort of your own space. Integrating 5 to 10 minutes of mindful movements into your daily routine will help you maintain and improve your strength, mobility, and overall well-being, promoting a healthier and more vibrant lifestyle.

There is no age requirement for this class. It is open to all and suitable for anyone wanting to introduce and maintain daily movement.

 

Yin Yoga

A meditative, non-muscular practice. Postures are held for several minutes to feel deep physical and possibly emotional ease. A wonderful practice to improve or maintain flexibility and mobility. Full body and mind nourishment - this practice will leave you de-stressed and relaxed.  Suitable for all abilities.


Hatha Yoga

A dynamic, muscular practice. Lots of different expressions of postures to help build strength and confidence. This practice will leave you feeling like you've had a workout. I like to call it the sweat and laugh practice :). Expect to feel stronger and rejuvenated! Suitable for most. Some yoga experience preferred.

 

Yin Yang Yoga

A practice that blends the two approaches above, yin yoga for flexibility, yang (hatha) yoga for strength, plus breathing, deep relaxation and meditation practices. Suitable for most.

Tracey is trained in "variable anatomy"

This means that Tracey fully acknowledges that we are all unique, with different body types, skeletal structures, traumas, biology and biography. Tracey celebrates your uniqueness by offering various expressions of postures and shapes in all her classes. The postures you make with your body should look different to Tracey's and your neighbours - you are unique. It's not how you look, it's what you feel that is important.
